The Software Development Engineer plans, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. The position oversees software release cycles, identifies and resolves systemic problems, maintains system documentation and oversees software source control. This position defines and maintains development schedules, reporting key updates to executive stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

      • Maintains existing internal system portfolio including deploying critical system updates, documenting code, and triages all system bugs.

    Digital Content Marketing Director

The position will identify definable opportunities and cohort target groups that are measurable, of sufficient scale, and actionable with promotional offers and campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

      • Develops the strategic promotional plan for Francombat.TV.
      • Identifies new and innovative methods of packaging and promoting Lei Tai content, services and products to the target demographic including but not limited to: traditional media, online/interactive, retail partnerships.
      • Coordinates the development of campaign creative assets, including web creative and promotional videos, with the appropriate internal departments to be delivered in accordance with planned promotional windows.
      • Works closely with outside affiliated promotions to acquire necessary creative element to promote non-Lei Tai events on COMBAT PASS to subscibers and potential subscribers.

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in television marketing and/or consumer marketing in a digital or new media environment.
      • Experience in marketing content on non-trational television delivery platforms, such as Over-The-Top, Gaming Platforms, and IPTV is a plus.

    Francombat’s Internship Program is non-paying, and offered to students who are currently enrolled in college full-time and who can receive college credit. Internships run year-round on a semester-to-semester basis (Fall, Spring and Summer).

    Francombat offers several different kinds of internships, some you wouldn’t expect. Like most businesses we need different departments to keep the old ship going full steam ahead, and we encourage students to apply to more than one department if they feel they have the skills that fit the bill.
