When you start working out, eating better, and everything that goes with it, you gradually start realizing that it is not only about getting amazing body, but about getting healthier mind as well which will improve all other aspects of your life as well.

Whether it is, for instance, simply taking photos of yourself, talking to people, walking down the beach without hiding your belly, working your job while having plenty of energy, being a good example to your kids and people you care about, or million other reasons, I will help you with that.

You see, this fitness thing doesn’t have to be something restrictive. We will make sure to incorporate your favorite foods, your daily activities, and your lifestyle in general into this.

I won’t make your lifestyle fit your fitness, but fitness fit your current lifestyle.It’s about making one step at a time and creating new habits while creating a sustainable lifelong lifestyle.

What does working with me get you?

Initial assessment – Over 65 questions to figure out what’s your goal and help me create a sustainable plan to get there. I will make it fit into your current lifestyle and health condition. Also, a 30 minute phone call/chat to meet each other a little bit better and guide you through every step of the program. No money is charged until we make sure we’re a good fit. I don’t want your money if I can’t help you.

Custom training program – A training program that is fully tailored to your needs and wants. Training frequency, volume, intensity, rest times, rep tempo, and exercises that match your goal. Multiple training phases to ensure progress. Also, making it fit your current schedule and equipment.

Personalized meal plan – You can choose between exact meals to follow with the foods you like and macronutrient and calorie set-up giving you more flexibility. I’ll teach you how to properly track your macros if you want to and how to make it sustainable in the long run.

Supplement plan – Supplements are not necessary. It is up to you if you’re going to use them. I will analyze all supplements you think you need and give you a recommendation on supplements that are scientifically proven to work.

24/7 access to me – Access to me through personal email and Whatsapp anytime. You want me to check out your exercise form, or you are planning to have a few drinks? I’ll take care of that as soon as possible! At the end of every day you can send me an email with a recap of the day and how you felt during the day. If you have any questions you can ask them in these emails as well.

Accountability – Making sure to be your biggest support in your journey. Tracking your progress and motivating you daily. I’ll make sure that all of your questions are answered and your progress stays consistent. I’m here to guide you through every single step of the process!

Skype calls – If you ever feel unmotivated just ask for a call, and let me spark a fire in you. If you ever need anything, just ask.

Lifelong experience – Teaching you all the principles and building new habits so you can keep crushing it forever.
